RETURNS:

If you are unhappy with one of our products, please return it to us in its original, new and unused conditions within 14 working days. We will give you a refund for the purchase price (less any shipping fee and/or promotional discounts). If you receive our knives because a free shipping promotion, you will get refunded less the original shipping costs in order to cover our original costs.

Any items returned not in new or unused conditions will be shipped back to the purchaser at their expense. We will not accept returns with shipping labels directly attached to products packaging.

We do not offer products based “on approval” basis. If a customer continually returns products, we have no choice but to charge a 5% restocking fee to offset our processing costs. The determination of which customer is a frequent returner will be made by the Hydra staff.

If we have shipped the incorrect item to you, please contact us and we will instruct you as to how to ship the item back.

 

WARRANTY:

Return Warranty Hydra’s products are backed by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. We warranty each of our knives to be free of defects in material and workmanship, however, if you receive a defective item contact us, we will repair or replace it with a new item (if there is not a stock of this item you can either choosing a refund or waiting until we got more units).

Hydra Knives does not warrant its products against normal wear, products modifications or misuses. Our products are not meant to be used as chisels, hammers, pry bars, etc. Always use our products with common sense and it will last forever.

If one of our products was damage by misuse, our repair team can analyze the damage and repair it for a reasonable fee. If the product is beyond repair, feel free to reach us since we can make one-time courtesy offers in order to allow you to keep enjoying our products.

*The Spanish e-commerce law and other regulations allow the websites to proceed with any refund in 31 days. However, you will not have to wait that long to get your funds back since we try our best to speed up all the processes.
