Credit and Debit cards by RedSys

We accept all major credit and debit cards including MasterCard, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron and Maestro.

When placing an order by card, make sure you complete all steps of the checkout process. Do not close your browser mid-payment.

Your card details are never stored by Hydra Knives Shop. Transactions are carried out over Redsys’s secure pages.

We use ‘Secure socket layer’ (SSL) technology to encrypt your payment card to ensure your details are safe. We also use Verified by Visa (VbV) and Mastercard, Secure Code (MSC) (3-D Secure).

Depending on your browser, the address bar may also turn green. These symbols indicate a SSL (Secure Socket Layer), and means that browser communication is encrypted, and that your card details cannot be intercepted.

PayPal

Paypal allows you to make the payment with the easiest and secure way on the internet:

– Simple: Pay us with just two clicks, with no bank information sharing or credit card sharing.
– Quick: Unless there is an error, the funds use to be transferred within a few minutes.
– Secure: Your bank and credit card details are not shared or revealed to us.

To use Paypal as your method of payment you just have to select the Paypal option on your shopping cart. After that you should log into your paypal account using your email and password. Once you are logged in you are able to confirm the payment.

Paypal is free of charges for our customer, that means we will deal with paypal fees and taxes.

If you don’t have a Paypal account yet you can register one in www.paypal.com . The registration takes only a few steps which are explained during the registration process. Once registered you would be able to securely pay free of charges in the majority of websites without sharing any bank detail whatsoever.

Once you have placed the order on our website you have 7 working days to make the bank transfer.

Please keep in mind that national bank transfers may take around 1-2 working days to be done, this issue may cause a bit of delay on the shipping. International transfers may take even more time to be received.

Bizum

Bizum is a Spanish mobile payment method. Customers must have a bank account at a participating Spanish bank and a mobile phone number.

To use the service, customers first download the Bizum app and link their phone number to their bank account. Once linked, the app can be used to send money to friends and family, pay for goods in physical stores and make online payments.

To transfer money, customers do not have to enter IBAN details, a name and phone number suffices.
